Remote Deposit

A convenient way to make electronic deposits from your business to your Farmers Bank account, without coming in to the bank. Funds are received and cleared faster which improves your working capital. Here’s how it works, in summary:

  • Farmers Bank provides a tabletop check scanner that attaches directly to a Windows®-based PC. 
  • You log in to a secure website, enter the total number of checks and the total deposit amount, and then scan the items. This includes paper checks of all types including corporate, consumer, cashier’s, third-party, and money orders.
  • Check images are captured and processed electronically with images retained for your access for 7 years.

Night Depository Services 

For the convenience of Business Banking customers, you may receive keys to our night deposit vault and a locked zipper deposit bag.

Business Manager 

Farmers Bank offers an accounts receivable management service to give you immediate access to uncollected funds. We purchase your existing accounts receivables on a discounted basis providing you working capital, handle all customer billing and payment collections, and assist in your record keeping and monthly reporting.
